:bulletred: This is a Digimon OCT [Original Character Tournament] based on the sixth and seventh seasons of Digimon anime, Digimon Xros Wars and Digimon Xros Wars: Boy Hunters Who Leapt Through Time. If you’re unfamiliar with the subject, you can find out some more from Wikimon or some other info site or by, you know, watching both series. It’s important to say now because Digimon Xros Wars is quite different from other Digimon anime.

HUMAN CHARACTER RULES
:bulletblue: All human characters must be fully human. No gijinkas, no mythical creatures, no anthros, no furries, no aliens, no anything that’s not fully human. Some oddities like pink hair or red eyes or sharp canines and such are accepted, but they are only allowed to be purely cosmetic, your characters aren’t allowed to have any magic powers; Digital World could've messed up your code somehow, but remember that this tournament mainly happens in Human World. There's a limit to how much can pass for "cosmetic oddities", too! Your character can't possibly be fully human if they look like a half-orc.
:bulletblue: Your character can't be aware of Quartzmon or other secret functions of DigiQuartz; just the basics on how to get there, how you can only have one digimon out of your Xros Loader at once etc. This tournament happens when the DigiQuartz has just been discovered so your character can't possibly know about Quartzmon. Don't bother with the anime canon on this one.
:bulletblue: There's no real age limit for characters, but be reasonable. Do you really want to make a one-year old baby crawling around with their digimon? Or a 110-year old dude unable to move without assistance? Maybe not. Your character doesn't really have to be fully mentally capable either if you don't want to, but at minimum, your character should be able to use their Xros Loader, because that's really the whole point of the tournament.
:bulletblue: Only one Hunter per team. You can have a million tagalong humans if you really want to, but only one human per team can use the Xros Loader. You don’t HAVE to have more than one human per team, though!
:bulletblue: The only digivices allowed in the tournament are Xros Loaders, since this is a Xros Wars themed tournament. However they can be any color and you may slightly alter the appearance for cosmetic purposes if you want to.
:bulletblue: Human characters have to be original – this is an ORIGINAL CHARACTER tournament. So you can’t be Taiki, Kiriha, Nene or anyone from the show – nor can you be any character from other seasons like Taichi, Takato or anyone. Your character can't be Tagiru's long lost sister or Kiriha's secret girlfriend either - that's just silly. Characters from any other anime, manga, games, tv shows, movies etc. aren’t allowed either, so no Roxas, Solid Snake, Harry Potter or anyone. Use your own imagination!

DIGIMON RULES
:bulletred: You are allowed to use both canon [official] and fan made digimon, or modified canon digimon, like for example PirateGuilmon, or Terriermon with headphones.
:bulletred: Even if you can use official digimon as inspiration for your OC digimon, we won't allow ripoffs. It's hard to believe your hot pink Renamon would be anything else than... Well, hot pink Renamon. You're still allowed to make a hot pink Renamon though, just... Yeah. Realise this.
:bulletred: Multiple individuals of the same digimon in the tournament are allowed. So both you and your friend can have Agumon, no worries!
:bulletred: You can also have multiple individuals of the same digimon in your team if you desire so, and multiple digimon of the same evolution tree; you could have both a Greymon and a MetalGreymon in your team if you desire so.
:bulletred: If you use an original digimon, it has to be made by YOU – unless you have some other digimon creators written permission or something. No stealing anyone's fanmons, that's just rude.
:bulletred: Teams can consist of both canon and fan made digimon mixed, don't worry that you couldn't have that Terriermon in your team if your core is a fanmon!
:bulletred: Even if you use official digimon species, they’re still your original individual characters – meaning you can’t have like Taichi’s Agumon or Ruki’s Renamon or THE ROYAL KNIGHT DUKEMON. Just an individual of the same species. It'd be silly if you had Taichi's Agumon.
:bulletred: Digimon [except your core digimon] are not allowed to evolve during the tournament, and they will remain in the same form unless rebooted in a fight. The only allowed evolution method during the course of the tournament is DigiXrossing, as well as your core digimon's ability to super evolve - but no other digimon in your party can't super evolve, just your core.
:bulletred: If your one of your digimon is rebooted to egg in the course of the tournament, it will automatically hatch into it’s set form when it's resurrected.
:bulletred: Armor digimon are allowed to be used and are considered to be Champion digimon.
:bulletred: “Special” Mega digimon, such as Mode Changes like Imperialdramon Fighter Mode, or fusions like Omegamon, are allowed, but they’re considered just regular Mega digimon, not as more powerful than everyone else’s Megas.
:bulletred: Hybrid digimon aren’t allowed, but you can’t have them as tagalongs either, because they’re special digimon created by the Spirits. Flamon and Strabimon are allowed because they are Child-class.

COLLECTION/TEAM RULES
:bulletblue: One Hunter [Xros Loader user] per team – this means your human character.
:bulletblue: Your character has one main partner digimon, your Core digimon, that is Child/Rookie level [or equivalent] and is able to super evolve into Perfect/Ultimate level [or equivalent].
:bulletblue: What does "or equivalent" mean? Basically your core can also be a levelless digimon that can be considered to be a Child level, such as Shoutmon, that can evolve into a digimon that can be considered to be a Perfect level, such as OmegaShoutmon, or the strongest In-Training digimon around or the weakest Champion [like Airu's Opossumon in the show], and your Perfect evolution could also be the strongest Adult-class or weakest Mega-class digimon ever [like Ren's Yashamon in the show]. HOWEVER, these would be considered Child and Perfect digimon, respecively! Like there are both Adult and Perfect level Minotaurmon, for example. ALWAYS ASK US FIRST BEFORE DOING ANYTHING LIKE THIS, THOUGH, and keep in mind if you have a Tailmon able to super evolve into a Holydramon, they really are CHILD-LEVEL TAILMON and PERFECT-LEVEL HOLYDRAMON. Don't try to cheat with levels!
:bulletblue: Along your core digimon, you can have as much as EIGHT other digimon in your Collection that you can use for DigiXrossing, making your total xrossable digimon count nine [or rather ten since your core digimon has two forms].
:bulletblue: You don't HAVE TO HAVE EIGHT COLLECTION DIGIMON, though! Your Collection size is fully customiseable, as long as you have A MINIMUM of one digimon beside your core and a maximum of eight. Look at Spitfire; Ru only has five digimon besides Spinemon! That's fine.
:bulletblue: Your collection digimon can be of any level, from Fresh to Mega, but let's be reasonable here - it's totally silly if you have a team full of Megas! You can have only a maximum of THREE MEGA DIGIMON per team.
:bulletblue: Groups of small digimon [Baby level or weak Childs, like Pickmonz or PawnChessmonz in the show] can be considered as one unit of digimon for DigiXross purpouses and take only one digimon's spot in your Collection.
:bulletblue: Each army can have an infinite amount of tagalong humans and tagalong digimon, but they are optional, and you DON’T HAVE TO HAVE them. Tagalong digimon can’t take part in DigiXrosses. They're not allowed to take real part in fights, only supporting role – so you can’t go around destroying other teams with your tagalong MirageGaogamon Burst Mode, but can heal your troops with your tagalong Cutemon.
:bulletblue: Though you can have an infinite amount of tagalongs, you might want to think before having more than eight tagalongs, because if you have one core digimon, eight Xros components and eight tagalongs, that's already 17 digimon. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should overdo it.
:bulletblue: Army logos are purely optional. Army names are optional as well. Feel free to have them if you desire so, though! If you don't have an army name, your character team can be called Team YourHunterCharactersName.

DIGIXROS/XROS LOADER RULES
:bulletred: XrosLoaders in this tournament function like the ones in Boy Hunters. This means you can only have one digimon out of the Xros Loader at once, only two digimon can be DigiXrossed at once [at first], you can use your Xros Loader to Time Shift between Human World and DigiQuartz, and you can use your Xros Loader to hunt even for digimon not so eager to join your team.
:bulletred: Even if you can hunt digimon against their will, there's nothing wrong in negotiating with digimon either. You can decide whether or not all your team members are willing to follow your character or not. This is where your storytelling skills come to use!
:bulletred: All the digimon listed in your collection have to DigiXros AT LEAST once with your Core digimon. Either with the Child and Perfect form is fine.
:bulletred: Digimon in your collection can also DigiXros with each other, but this is not required - they're only required to DigiXros with the core. If you want your Collection digimon Xros with each other, please make refs of these Xros forms!
:bulletred: Example - the Ru Zheng Bai is Spitfire's general, and the core digimon is Spinemon. Spinemon can Super Evolve into EngineSyrmomon. Other Spitfire digimon are Wolfphoemon X, FlaBeemon, Urumimon, Proelidramon and Barghemon. I can have Wolfphoemon Xros with either Spinemon or EngineSyrmomon, or both, if I desire so, but they have to Xros at least once. Wolfpheomon Xrosses with Spinemon to create Spinemon X2, and with EngineSyrmomon to create EngineSyrmomon JB. FlaBeemon Xroses with Spinemon to create SpineBeemon. Urumimon Xroses with EngineSyrmomon to create EngineSyrmomon SA. And so on.
IF I'D WANT TO, I could have, for example, Urumimon and FlaBeemon Xros with each other to create something, BUT THIS IS NOT REQUIRED. However, if I desire to have such a Xros existing, I SHOULD MAKE A REF OF IT.
:bulletred: You are strongly adviced to only use Xroses with refs when facing another contestant. If you really want to use a Xros with no refs, please ask your opponent first!
:bulletred: You can do both first Xros Wars season-esque DigiXroses as well as Xros Up-style DigiXroses, whichever you desire, or both mixed.
:bulletred: DigiXroses have to be designed by you, but they can be versions of canon digimon – for example, Kiriha’s Greymon and MailBirdramon DigiXros into a version of MetalGreymon; but it still looks different from a regular MetalGreymon.
:bulletred: DigiXroses can either have new names altogether [for example SkullKnightmon + DeadlyAxemon = DarkKnightmon] or be called MainDigimon X Number [for example Shoutmon X 4 ], or something similar [Xros Up Arresterdramon].

Ughhhhhh.... It says I can't be aware of quartzmon? That's a problem since quartzmon was reborn into echomon (OCT digimon)
And he still super digivolves to quartzmon but in a diffrent form.
